"Every language has its poetry and every human being has the keys to their own poetic. So in simple or ornate forms, poetry captures aspects of human experience more difficult to translate. It articulates the ineffable, which is the pooling of human mystery.

General Director, Ms. Irina Bokova chosen in 2009 for a term of four years, has been Ambassador of Bulgaria to France and Monaco, Bulgarian President's personal representative in the International Organization of la Francophonie and Bulgaria's Permanent Delegate to UNESCO from 2005 to 2009.
Born in 1952, earned an MA in International Relations at the Moscow State Institute and studied at the universities of Maryland and Harvard (USA).
During his career, he represented Bulgaria at the United Nations, as secretary of state of Bulgaria to European integration and foreign minister, always played for European integration. Founding member and president of the European Policy Forum, called for the overcoming of the divisions in Europe and promoting the values \u200b\u200bof dialogue, diversity, human dignity and human rights.
